About Hayden and Radeen -

Hayden and Radeen as they complete their first
Bahamas Abacos exploration, March - April 2011
Hayden and Radeen have been sailing Island Packet Yachts since 1988 when they first chartered an IP38 from Gratitude Yachting Center in Rock Hall, MD. Little did they know that this one event would set off a lifetime of sailing and traveling by sailboat.

Now 29+ years later, and 25,000+ miles by boat, they have taken early retirement from their 34+ years of teaching and headed off to sail nearly full time. Their sailing adventures have taken them from Rock Hall, MD north to Acadia, Maine then south to Key West and around to the West Coast of Florida and into the Bahamas where they love to explore the Exumas and Abaco. Our Google Map Archive is here. Our next five year plan will take us into the Caribbean Sea expanding our sailing territory.

This blog is written to share our adventures and our photography. Thank you for taking a look at these beautiful sunset and sunrise photos. We hope they bring you an insight into the beauty of sailing and the peace of living on a cruising sailboat.
